Spring Has Sprung!

My Little Goober

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

AWWW...Baby Brother

Mommy's boys watching Ty's new favorite movie, "Memo" (aka "Finding Nemo")

Ty's new favorite pastime is riding his tractor. He's really good at steering and backing up. I told Justin he needs to put the little trailer on the back of it and teach him how to back a trialer so I don't get harassed on the boat ramp anymore for not being able to do it. He really likes taking it to the park and riding around. This actually resulted in Ty's biggest temper tantrum to date. Last Friday evening I took both boys outside so that Ty could ride in the back yard on his tractor. He's been doing that alot lately and in the past has been perfectly content to put around the yard. WELL, since Daddy had taken him to the park the last few nights to ride, he was no longer satisfied with the yard and demanded to go to the park. This resulted in a clash of the wills as I was not even about to take him to the park just because he was throwing a fit to go. I told him he could ride in the yard or he could go to his room. After several more "PARK MOMMY"'s I decided he had chosen to go to his room and BOY did he throw a FIT!! He screamed and screamed in his room, threw stuff, kicked, the whole nine yards. (Did I mention he didn't get a nap on this particular day?) Finally he calmed down and we had a talk about our behavior. Once he had calmed down and apologized we went to the park for a bit. It really is so fun to watch him buzz around on that thing. When he puts it in second gear you can't hardly keep up with him.

My happy baby

Dallas actually stayed awake a little this time.

All's well that ends well.
