The boys were so excited this year that they woke up at 3AM, and when they saw that Santa had come they didn't go back to sleep. So, needless to say, it was no easy task getting them to wait to open presents. We ended up having them watch "A Christmas Story" in our bed and that bought us a couple of hours. We eventually ended up getting up around 6:00.

Ty has been wanting this Doggie Doo game for weeks now. So that's what he got his brother for Christmas. It's the grossest game. The dog makes all kinds of farting noises while you wait for it to poop. Definitely something boys would like.
Dallas got Ty a fuzzy blanket and a crane.
Dallas loved his clothes that Santa brought him.
I love Ty's face in this picture. Captures the true fun of Christmas morning.
Santa brought a couple of presents that were for both of them, so they opened them together.
I guess Santa must've gotten his letter because here's Ty's jar. HA! In the background you can see his telescope that he got.
Dallas got some dominoes and a dart board.
Ty had asked for this fire-breathing Toothless, aka "Tookless." I love it that he still calls him "Tookless" even though he's been able to pronounce it correctly for years now.
Here's Dallas's jeep. He asked for one with 2 seats and 2 steering wheels and 2 batteries. This one has 2 seats and needs way more than 2 batteries and sorta has 2 steering wheels (one in the jeep and one on the remote control.) That's a close as Santa could get on a request like that.
After presents, we ate some of Grandma Shirley's cinnamon rolls and then Grandma and Grandpa Barnhart came over to see what the boys got from Santa. Then we made them take a little nap since they had been up since 3. Otherwise, it would've been a recipe for disaster the rest of the day! It was an awesome morning. I wish they could stay this little!
