We decided to have the boys give soccer a try this year. Ty loves running, so we thought it would be a good fit. At first Ty didn't really get into it much. He wasn't sure of the rules, and he was on a team with boys quite a bit older than him who had all played before. So he would hang back in the background and kind of watch. Once he got the hang of things, though, he did really great! He would get right in there and be aggressive. I'm so proud of him!
Justin had to coach one week when all the other dads were out of town for Fall Break. Since we know nothing about soccer and only had 5 players, it was an interesting game...
Dallas also liked soccer, but I think mainly so he could hang out with Easton and Preston. He wasn't really a big fan of all the running. His favorite thing to do during games was fire his teammates up with by making crazy noises.
